The challenge.

South Carolina is thick with law firms that handle only personal-injury insurance disputes. Halversen’s strength is depth most competitors can’t match — property-insurance bad faith, construction litigation, complex commercial and real-estate litigation, zoning and land use, municipal law, legal malpractice — plus a two-state network.

The job: convert that complexity into a clear path to an earlier resolution, and to engage toe-to-toe litigation where the file needs it — precisely against the two things carriers run on, delay and defense-oriented experts.

The market it serves: property and casualty claims that personal-injury firms and general practitioners have neither the bandwidth nor the capacity to work.

02

The build.

Property insurance claims lead the site. Land use, municipal law and legal malpractice sit under them as supporting sections. Thirteen city pages carry the practice statewide — Charleston, North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Goose Creek, Columbia, Sumter, Florence, Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head Island, Greenville, Spartanburg and Rock Hill. The South Carolina to Florida of-counsel relationship is told as a network, not a footnote.

Every page carries the same offer: two fee tiers on every delayed, denied or underpaid claim — a lower rate for pre-litigation resolution, and a slightly higher litigation rate built off it. Where a claim’s size calls for it, a network of expert consultants and engineers answers the carrier’s standing defense roster. That is either an even playing field or a better one, which usually means resolution short of trial.

03

The result.

Property insurance claims lead, with land use, municipal law and legal malpractice under them, and the South Carolina to Florida of-counsel network told as one story, cross-linked with Ross Legal. It answers the current carrier strategy directly: deny and underpay claims a public adjuster has already documented.
